Easy Sweet and Sour Pork

Tender pork, vibrant peppers, sweet pineapple, and crisp veggies wok-tossed to perfection in this flavorful and effortless stir-fry.
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon Kikkoman Soy Sauce
  • 1 pound boneless pork, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 carrots, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, chunked
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch squares
  • 1 cup Kikkoman Sweet & Sour Sauce
  • 1 (8 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
Instructions:
  • Combine cornstarch and soy sauce in a small bowl, then mix in pork until fully coated.
  • Sear pork in a Dutch oven or large skillet with hot oil until browned. Add 1/4 cup water, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Combine the carrots, onion, bell pepper, and sweet & sour sauce with the pork mixture. Cover and simmer for an additional 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Toss in pineapple chunks; stir gently until warmed.
