Quick and tasty sweet potato wedges with a perfect blend of savory and sweet flavors, ready in less than an hour.
Ingredients:
  • cooking spray
  • 4 sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, or as needed
  • 4 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 dash cayenne pepper
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and generously coat a rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray.
  • Drizzle oil over the potatoes in the bowl.
  • Combine brown sugar, cumin, and cayenne pepper in a small bowl using a fork. Evenly sprinkle the mixture over the potatoes to coat them. Arrange the wedges on the baking sheet.
  • Place in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Take out, flip the potatoes, and raise the temperature to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Bake until easily pierced with a fork, approximately 20 minutes. Serve.
