Elevate sweet potato wedges with fresh rosemary and garlic for a delicious and easy side dish.
Ingredients:
  • 1 medium sweet potato
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary
  • 0.25 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 pinch freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 450 degrees F (230 degrees C) on the upper rack.
  • Combine the fragrant garlic, aromatic rosemary, and flavorful olive oil in a small bowl.
  • Cut the sweet potato into 1 1/2-inch thick wedges, place in a large bowl, season with salt and pepper, drizzle with oil mixture, toss gently to coat, and arrange in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
  • Bake in the hot oven, flipping halfway through, until potatoes are tender and golden, for about 20 minutes. Gently take out from the baking sheet.
