Grilled tilapia fillets cooked effortlessly in foil - a delightful and speedy dish!
Ingredients:
  • 4 (4 ounce) fillets tilapia
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 4 fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 1 large tomato, chopped
  • 1 cup white wine
Instructions:
  • Heat up the grill until it reaches a sizzling medium-high temperature.
  • Lay the tilapia fillets on a large sheet of aluminum foil. Season with salt and pepper, then top each fillet with a tablespoon of butter, garlic, basil, and tomato. Pour the wine over the fillets. Enclose the fish in the foil, creating a packet. Transfer the packet to a baking sheet for easy grilling portability.
  • Place the foil packet on the preheated grill and cook for 15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Carefully open the packet to avoid steam burns, then serve.
