Whip up a luscious dairy-free, keto-friendly cauliflower Alfredo sauce in a snap!
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 white onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 3 cups chopped cauliflower
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • 2 teaspoons Himalayan salt
  • 1.5 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon soy sauce
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, sizzle olive oil before adding onion to cook until translucent, approximately 3 minutes. Introduce garlic and sauté for an additional minute. Stir in cauliflower and vegetable broth, then cover and gently simmer until the cauliflower is tender, around 5 minutes.
  • Blend cauliflower mixture in a blender with nutritional yeast, salt, lemon juice, and soy sauce until smooth and creamy, approximately 3 minutes.
