Create a quick and delicious vegetable pie with frozen pie crust, cream of potato soup, mixed veggies, egg, milk, and thyme - a family favorite in no time!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of potato soup
  • 1 (15 ounce) can mixed vegetables, drained
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 2 (9 inch) frozen prepared pie crusts, thawed
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) to ensure it's perfectly heated for your culinary creation.
  • Mix together the potato soup, mixed vegetables, milk, thyme, and black pepper in a medium bowl.
  • Spread the filling into the bottom pie crust. Place the top crust over the filling, sealing the edges by crimping. Make slits in the top crust and brush with beaten egg for a golden finish if desired.
  • Bake for 40 minutes, then allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
