Crunchy prosciutto adds a savory twist to this tasty edamame side dish.
Ingredients:
  • 400g packet (4 cups) frozen shelled edamame beans*
  • 2 prosciutto slices, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 21.00 gm light soy sauce
  • 36.40 gm peanut oil
Instructions:
  • 1. Boil beans in salted water for 2 minutes, then drain and refresh in cold water. 2. Crisp up prosciutto in a non-stick pan over medium heat, stirring occasionally. 3. Combine beans, prosciutto, garlic, soy sauce, and oil to serve.
