Ingredients:
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 5 eggs
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 3 cups frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 0.33333334326744 cup chopped green onions
  • 1.5 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
Instructions:
  • In a large, deep skillet, sizzle the bacon over medium-high heat until perfectly browned. Remove, crumble, and set aside for later.
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 7x11-inch baking dish.
  • Combine eggs and milk in a large bowl. Mix in bacon, hash browns, green onions, and 1 cup of shredded Cheddar cheese. Transfer mixture to the baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-35 minutes until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Sprinkle the remaining Cheddar cheese on top and bake for an additional 3-4 minutes until melted. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
