Indulgent eggnog cheesecake on a graham cracker crust is the ultimate dessert for eggnog enthusiasts!
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 0.75 cup eggnog
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons rum
  • 1 pinch ground nutmeg
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C) for a perfect bake.
  • Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a medium bowl until thoroughly mixed.
  • Firmly press the graham cracker mixture into the base of a 9-inch springform pan.
  • After baking for 10 minutes in the preheated oven, transfer the pan to a wire rack to cool while increasing the oven temperature to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  • Meanwhile, as the crust cools, prepare the filling by combining cream cheese, sugar, eggnog, and flour in a food processor. Process until smooth, then blend in eggs, rum, and nutmeg.
  • Gently pour the rich and creamy eggnog mixture into the perfectly cooled crust.
  • Place in the preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes. Lower the temperature to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C) and bake further until the edges are puffed and the surface is firm, except for a small jiggly spot in the center when gently shaken, approximately 45 minutes. Gently release the sides of the springform pan and allow the cheesecake to cool before removing the rim entirely.
