Elevate breakfast with a delicious Eggs Benedict Pizza – a flaky crescent roll crust piled high with scrambled eggs, ham, and creamy Hollandaise sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 12 eggs, well beaten
  • 2 (8 ounce) cans refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 (.9 ounce) package hollandaise sauce mix
  • 0.66666668653488 cup milk
  • 0.25 cup butter
  • 3 cups diced cooked ham
  • 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) to get it nice and toasty for your delicious creation.
  • In a nonstick skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add beaten eggs and cook in the butter, stirring constantly until cooked to your liking. Remove from heat.
  • Place crescent dough rolls on a 12-inch pizza pan, arranging them with points facing the center. Press the seams together and up the sides of the pan to create a crust.
  • Follow package directions to prepare luscious Hollandaise sauce with 2/3 cup of milk and 1/4 cup of butter. Drizzle the creamy sauce over a flaky crescent roll crust. Layer on fluffy scrambled eggs, savory diced ham, and a generous sprinkle of cheese.
  • Place in the oven and bake until the bottom of the crust is lightly browned, approximately 30 minutes.
