Make ahead white chocolate rimmed cocktails in pitchers for easy serving at parties. Prep and refrigerate up to 4 hours before pouring into glasses.
Ingredients:
  • 2 oz white chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • Ice cubes
  • 3 tablespoons crème de cacao (1 1/2 oz)
  • 3 tablespoons green crème de menthe (1 1/2 oz)
  • 2 tablespoons Irish whiskey (1 oz)
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla-flavored vodka (1/2 oz)
  • 1/4 cup half-and-half
  • 2 miniature candy canes, unwrapped
Instructions:
  • In a small microwavable bowl, microwave the white chocolate uncovered on High for 30 to 40 seconds, stirring every 10 seconds until smooth. Pour the melted chocolate onto a saucer. Hold a martini glass by the base and roll the rim through the chocolate to create a snowy rim. Repeat with the second glass. Chill glasses upright in the refrigerator until ready to use.
  • 1. Fill a cocktail shaker or small pitcher with ice. Add all ingredients except candy canes. Shake well to mix and chill. Strain into a glass, discarding the ice. Garnish each glass with a candy cane hooked over the rim.
