Fragrant and spicy chicken dish, perfect as a main meal or appetizer.
Ingredients:
  • 16 chicken wings, split and tips discarded
  • 0.66666668653488 cup soy sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 0.125 teaspoon ground ginger
Instructions:
  • In a large soup pot, combine chicken wings and onion, then cover with water. Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). As the wings bake, mix soy sauce, cinnamon, cloves, and ginger in a saucepan over medium heat. Once the chicken is cooked, drain excess liquid and add the soy sauce mixture. Toss the wings to coat, then lay them out in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Place in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until crispy on the outside, basting with sauce as desired during cooking.
