Whimsical fairy fudge with colorful sprinkles, easy to make and lasts for 2 weeks in the fridge. Chill for 7 hours before serving.
Ingredients:
  • 395g can sweetened condensed milk
  • 40g butter
  • Red liquid food colouring
  • 4.40 gm vanilla essence
  • Hundreds & thousands, to decorate
Instructions:
  • Prepare a 19cm square cake pan by lining it with foil, ensuring the foil overhangs the sides. Combine half of the condensed milk, half of the chocolate, and half of the butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir continuously until the mixture is melted and smooth.
  • After removing from heat, swirl in a splash of food coloring until evenly mixed. Transfer mixture into prepared pan, smooth the top, then chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour or until set.
  • Repeat the previous step with the rest of the condensed milk, chocolate, and butter. Add vanilla and mix well. Pour over the pink layer in the pan, ensuring the surface is smooth. Sprinkle with hundreds & thousands, then gently press down to set them in place. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  • Cut the fudge into small squares for serving, being careful as it will be soft. Store the squares in an airtight container in the fridge.
