Kids will adore these simple fairy bread ice cream sandwiches.
Ingredients:
  • 400g white choc melts
  • 200g Original Fried Noodles
  • 100's & 1000's, to sprinkle
  • 6 scoops strawberry ice-cream (or ice-cream of your choice)
Instructions:
  • Prepare 2 large trays with baking paper. Melt chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water, ensuring no water touches the bowl. Stir until smooth, then add noodles and mix well.
  • Divide the noodle mixture into 12 equal portions on the trays. Use a spatula to shape them into 8cm rounds. Sprinkle with hundreds and thousands, then chill in the fridge until set, about 15 minutes.
  • Flip half of the noodle rounds so the sprinkle side is facing down. Carefully add a scoop of ice cream on each one, then cover with the remaining noodle rounds. Enjoy right away or store in the freezer in an airtight container.
