Quick and delicious one-skillet chili mac with all your favorite flavors! Ready in under 30 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 (24 ounce) jar Ragu® Old World Style® Traditional Pasta Sauce
  • 1.5 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers
  • 1 (15.25 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1.5 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
  • 3 Chopped green onions, for garnish
Instructions:
  • Prepare and cook the elbow noodles as per the instructions on the package; then drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, sear the beef until nicely browned. Discard any excess grease. Add in the Ragu® Sauce, chili powder, cumin, tomatoes, and corn. Increase the heat to medium-high, bring the mixture to a boil, then cover, lower the heat to a simmer, and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Mix the cooked noodles and 1 cup of cheese until creamy and warm. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top, melt on low heat. Serve promptly.
