Satisfy all tastes with this dual-layer lasagna - one side filled with extra cheese for the kids, and the other loaded with nutritious greens for the adults.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 3 1/3 cups hot water
  • 1 package Hamburger Helper™ Oven Favorites® lasagna
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 container (15-ounce size) ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 package (9-ounce size) frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed to drain
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (6 ounces)
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F. Brown the beef in a 3-quart saucepan over high heat for about 5 minutes; then drain any excess fat. Stir in hot water and slowly blend in the Sauce Mix using a wire whisk until smooth. In a separate bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, ricotta cheese, and spinach.
  • Layer 5 uncooked pasta slightly overlapping in an ungreased 13x9-inch rectangular pan. Top with half of the beef sauce. Dollop half of the ricotta mixture on one side and sprinkle 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese on the other side. Repeat the layering process, topping the entire lasagna with the remaining 1 cup mozzarella cheese and the Parmesan cheese included.
  • Bake without a cover for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is golden brown. Take out of the oven and allow to rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing.
