Elevate the classic fish finger sandwich with bread, butter, and a generous spread of ketchup. How do you customize yours?
Ingredients:
  • 4 fish fingers
  • butter
  • 2 slices white bread or 1 roll
  • tomato ketchup
Instructions:
  • Take 4 fish fingers from the freezer and grill until crispy and golden on each side. Butter 2 slices of soft white bread or a white roll, generously smear one half with tomato ketchup. Place the cooked fish fingers onto the ketchup side of the bread. Top with the other slice of bread and press down to enhance the flavors. Optional: add a handful of rocket for presentation. Enjoy your tasty fish finger sandwich!
