Indulgent Nutella and Ferrero Rocher brownies for a luxurious dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 200g (1 cup, firmly packed) brown sugar
  • 300g (1 cup) Nutella
  • 115g (3/4 cup) plain flour, sifted
  • 10.00 gm cocoa powder, sifted
  • 100g finely chopped dark chocolate
  • 16 Ferrero Rocher chocolates
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 180C/160C fan forced. Lightly grease a 20cm square cake pan and line it with baking paper, ensuring the paper overhangs on the sides for easy removal later.
  • Beat eggs and brown sugar with an electric beater until thick and doubled in volume (3-4 minutes). Warm Nutella in a microwave-safe bowl on HIGH for 30 seconds or until just starting to melt. Fold Nutella into egg mixture. Add flour, cocoa, and dark chocolate, folding until combined.
  • Set aside 1 ⁄4 cup of batter. Spoon the rest into the pan, smoothing the surface. Randomly place Ferrero Rochers on top and press them in. Pour the reserved batter over the Ferrero Rochers. Bake for 35-45 minutes until the brownie is soft in the center. Let it cool completely.
  • Gently lift the brownie out of the pan using the overhanging paper, then cut it into pieces.
