Indulge in a luxurious Ferrero Rocher ice cream cake that's effortlessly impressive.
Ingredients:
  • 2 x 200g pkts Ferrero rocher
  • 2 litres vanilla ice-cream, softened
  • 40.00 ml Frangelico
  • 125ml chocolate
  • 60ml milk
Instructions:
  • Prepare a 10 x 20cm loaf pan by lining it with plastic wrap, making sure to leave some extra hanging over the sides.
  • Chop half of the Ferrero Rocher into small pieces, saving the rest for later. Mix the ice cream and Frangelico in a large bowl. Gently fold in the chopped Ferrero Rocher. Pour the mixture into the pan and smooth the top. Cover with foil and freeze for 6 hours until set.
  • In a small saucepan over low heat, gently blend the chocolate spread and milk until the spread melts and the mixture is smooth, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.
  • Present the ice cream on a serving plate, generously drizzle with luscious chocolate sauce, and garnish with the remaining Ferrero Rocher. Keep in the freezer until you're ready to indulge.
