Festive choc-chip shortbread wreath with white chocolate drizzle - a modern twist on a classic cookie.
Ingredients:
  • 250g butter, softened
  • 75g caster sugar
  • 300g plain flour
  • 110g cornflour
  • 130.00g choc bits
  • 50g chocolate melts
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 150C (130C fan forced) and generously grease a 24cm flan tin.
  • Cream together the butter and sugar using an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Then, gently mix in the sifted dry ingredients and both the Nestle White and Dark CHOC BITS.
  • Combine ingredients until a firm dough forms, then knead until smooth on a floured surface. Press dough evenly into tin. Use a small sharp knife to mark 16 wedges on top. Bake for 1 hour, then cool in the pan. Drizzle with Nestle White Melts and let chocolate set.
