Savor the Greek flavors with this herb-marinated cheese. Perfect for crackers or a pasta garnish.
Ingredients:
  • 8 oz feta cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil, drained, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • Food Should Taste Good™ tomato & basil brown rice crackers, as desired
Instructions:
  • Place the feta cubes in a small dish. In a bowl, combine garlic, tomatoes, basil, parsley, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Pour the mixture over the cheese and refrigerate for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
  • Pour the mixture into a stylish serving bowl and accompany it with crispy crackers.
