Ingredients:
  • 150g feta, crumbled
  • 50g semi-dried tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 40.00 ml chopped basil leaves
  • 75.08 gm olive oil
  • 20.00 ml red wine vinegar
  • 8 flat mushrooms, stalks trimmed
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, toss together feta, tomatoes, basil, oil, and vinegar. Let flavors meld while covered.
  • Preheat a barbecue plate or chargrill over high heat. Drizzle mushrooms with the remaining oil and grill for 4 minutes on each side until just tender. Transfer to a plate.
  • Spread the cheesy mixture over the mushrooms and enjoy!
