Grilled hamburger topped with creamy feta cheese for a delicious twist.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 0.5 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
Instructions:
  • Heat up your outdoor grill to medium heat and lightly oil the grate.
  • Mix ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Shape into 8 patties. Place 1/4 cup feta on 4 of the patties. Top each with another patty and seal edges to enclose the cheese.
  • Grill the burgers on high heat to your liking, about 7 to 8 minutes per side for well done. Check with a meat thermometer; they should reach 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).
