Korean potato side dish with bell pepper, green onion, and sesame seeds.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper, or to taste
  • 1.5 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 potatoes, cut into bite sized pieces
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 1 large red bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
Instructions:
  • Combine soy sauce and cayenne pepper in a small bowl, whisk until the cayenne pepper is fully dissolved, then set aside.
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat the vegetable oil until shimmering. Add potatoes and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes. Incorporate onions, bell pepper, and sesame seeds; sauté for 1 more minute. Pour in the soy sauce mixture and cook until absorbed, 1 to 2 minutes.
