Ingredients:
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 4 eggs, beaten
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and melt the butter in a 9x13 inch pan.
  • Combine the sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl. Mix in beaten eggs and milk until well blended. Coat the baking pan with butter by tilting it, then add the leftover butter to the batter and mix. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  • Bake in a preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown. Serve immediately.
