Easy 6-ingredient, 10-minute prep for irresistible baked appetizers that will melt in your mouth.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 pound Brie cheese, cut into 24 chunks
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 450°F. Grease 24 small 1 3/4x1 inch muffin cups generously. In a medium bowl, lightly beat eggs with a fork or whisk. Mix in flour, milk, sugar, and salt until just smooth (avoid overmixing). Fill cups about two-thirds full and bake for 5 minutes.
  • Lower the oven temperature to 350°F. Continue baking for an extra 10 minutes or until the popovers are crusty and golden brown. Make a small slit in the top of each popover and place a chunk of cheese inside. Bake for an additional 5 minutes. Remove from the pans immediately and serve hot.
