Simplify summer dining with a tasty fish saganaki twist on Greek flavors.
Ingredients:
  • 18.20 gm olive oil
  • 4 (about 150g each) white fish fillets
  • 400g btl Napoletana pasta sauce
  • 80ml (1/3 cup) water
  • 100g feta, crumbled
  • Cooked risoni, to serve
  • 80g (2 cups) baby spinach leaves
Instructions:
  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Heat oil in an ovenproof frying pan over high heat. Season fish with salt and pepper, then sear each side for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
  • Pour pasta sauce and water onto the dish. Sprinkle with feta cheese. Broil for 5 minutes or until fish is fully cooked.
  • Distribute the risoni evenly on the plates and layer with spinach, fish, and sauce.
