Fish with avocado salsa

Elevate meals with pan-seared fish topped with zesty avocado salsa.
Ingredients:
  • 1 medium avocado, diced
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, seeded, diced
  • 21.00 gm lime juice
  • 1 green chilli, seeded, finely chopped
  • 18.20 gm olive oil
  • 4 (150g each) firm white fish fillets
  • 62.50 ml fresh coriander sprigs
  • Steamed white rice, to serve
  • Lime cheeks, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, combine avocado, cucumber, lime juice, and chili. Season with salt and pepper, gently mix together, cover, and chill in the refrigerator.
  • In a large non-stick frying pan, heat oil over high heat. Sear fish for 2 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Serve with salsa, fresh coriander, steamed rice, and lime wedges.
