Coat cod steaks in oil and mustard, sear and bake for an easy and delicious fish dish.
Ingredients:
  • 4 thick cod steaks (or other firm white fish)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 4 teaspoons Maille® Dijon Originale mustard
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped flat parsley
Instructions:
  • Prepare the fish by trimming it first, then generously season both sides. Heat oil in an oven-safe pan. Sear the steaks on one side until golden and crisp. Brush the top side of the cod with Maille® Dijon Originale mustard using a pastry brush.
  • Bake in a preheated 400°F oven for about 5 minutes, adjusting for thickness.
  • Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and plate up.
