Cheesy artichoke dip with a garlic kick is a crowd-pleasing favorite.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach - thawed, drained and squeezed dry
  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and lightly grease a 7x11-inch baking dish to get ready for some delicious cooking.
  • Combine cream cheese and mayonnaise until velvety. Add artichoke hearts, spinach, and Parmesan cheese. Season with garlic and lemon juice. Spread mixture evenly in baking dish.
  • After baking covered for 20 minutes, uncover the dish and continue baking for an additional 5 minutes, or until the surface is lightly browned.
