Whip up tasty bagel pizzas in just 20 minutes with a classic Florentine topping. Customize with your family's favorite toppings for a quick and kid-friendly meal.
Ingredients:
  • 4 sesame bagels
  • 4 eggs
  • 60g baby spinach
  • 55g (1/2 cup) pre-grated pizza cheese
  • 6 FlavourBites Tiny Toms tomatoes, halved
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 220C/200C fan forced and line a large baking tray with baking paper.
  • Place fresh baby spinach in a colander set over a heatproof bowl. Pour boiling water over the spinach until it wilts slightly. Rinse the spinach under cold water, then gently squeeze out any excess liquid.
  • Place bagels on baking tray lined with parchment paper. Crack one egg into the hollow of each bagel. Divide spinach and pizza cheese equally among the bagels. Season with desired seasonings. Bake for 12 minutes or until egg whites are cooked through and cheese is melted. Garnish with tomatoes before serving.
