Enhance T-bone steaks with garlic, ranch seasoning, and olive oil for a flavorful Florentine twist on the grill.
Ingredients:
  • 2.5 pounds T-bone steaks
  • 1 clove garlic, halved
  • 1.5 teaspoons Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Salad Dressing and Seasoning Mix, divided
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, plus more for drizzling
  • 1 whole lemon
Instructions:
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and generously grease the grates.
  • Lay the steaks flat. Use a garlic clove to rub the bone of one steak until it forms a paste, then spread the paste on both sides of the meat. Season both sides of the steaks with Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Salad Dressing and Seasoning Mix, and drizzle olive oil on both sides, rubbing it in.
  • Grill the steaks to medium doneness, flipping only once, for about 8 to 10 minutes.
  • Allow the dish to rest for 5 to 10 minutes after grilling.
  • Drizzle fresh lemon juice over the meat. Cut the steak into strips and display on a platter. Enjoy promptly.
