Create this sophisticated dish for any celebration or gathering.
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 x 500g iced chocolate mud cake
  • 62.50 ml chocolate fudge frosting
  • 1/2 x 375g packet white chocolate, melted
  • 16g packet icing flowers
  • 1 tsp pink sprinkles
Instructions:
  • With your hands, crumble the cake and icing into small pieces in a large bowl until finely crumbled. Add frosting and stir with a wooden spoon until well combined. Divide the mixture into 12 equal portions and roll each into a smooth ball. Place the balls on a tray lined with baking paper.
  • Dip 2 cm of 1 end of each lollipop stick into melted chocolate, then insert 1 stick halfway into each cake ball. Place on tray and freeze for 30 minutes, or until set.
  • Transfer the chocolate to a heatproof microwave-safe mug and microwave on MEDIUM (50%) for 1 minute or until smooth. Dip 1 cake into the melted chocolate, rocking it back and forth until fully coated. Lift the cake straight up, tapping the stick on the side of the mug to remove excess chocolate and air bubbles.
  • Put the cake on a tray with the stick standing upwards. Quickly add the icing flower and sprinkles on the cake. Do the same with the rest of the cakes, chocolates, flowers, and sprinkles. Let it stand for 10 minutes or until set. Serve.
