Ingredients:
- 10 scoops (about 2 1/2 cups) vanilla ice-cream
- 200.00 ml (about 250ml) green cordial
- 2.5 litres lemonade, chilled
- 2 tsp blue sprinkles
Instructions:
- Scoop 1 portion of ice-cream into the bottom of 10 clear, sturdy cups, then generously drizzle 1 tablespoon of cordial over each scoop of ice-cream.
- Gently drizzle the lemonade over the ice-cream in each cup, filling it to the top. Wait for the froth to settle, then add more if needed.
- Sprinkle each drink with colorful sprinkles and insert straws. Serve promptly.
