Flaming Spanish coffee cocktail with rum, triple sec, and coffee liqueur for a fiery and stylish presentation.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 teaspoons superfine sugar
  • 1 fluid ounce 151-proof rum
  • 0.75 fluid ounce triple sec (such as Bols®)
  • 2.5 fluid ounces coffee-flavored liqueur (such as Kahlua®)
  • 0.5 cup freshly brewed coffee
Instructions:
  • 1. Spread sugar in a shallow dish. Moisten the rim of a wine glass or Irish coffee mug and dip in sugar to coat. Combine rum and triple sec. Ignite the mixture carefully using a long match or lighter. Rotate glass gently until sugar caramelizes. Pour in coffee liqueur to extinguish the flame. Finish by topping with hot coffee.
