Spicy jalapeños filled with a gooey, four-cheese blend - a crowd-pleasing appetizer sure to impress.
Ingredients:
  • 8 jalapeno peppers, halved lengthwise and seeded
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.25 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 0.25 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon chili powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions:
  • Set up a steamer insert in a saucepan, ensuring water level is just below the steamer. Bring water to a boil before adding jalapeño peppers. Cover and steam until slightly tender, around 5 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
  • Combine cream cheese with a blend of Parmesan, Cheddar, and feta cheeses, along with garlic, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, chili powder, and garlic powder in a bowl.
  • On the baking sheet lined with parchment paper, stuff each jalapeño pepper generously with the cheese mixture.
  • Bake until the cheese is gooey and bubbling in the preheated oven for approximately 10 minutes.
