Ingredients:
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 0.5 cup butter
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 0.5 cup grated Romano cheese
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter with cream, stirring until combined. Bring to a simmer. Gradually add Parmesan, mozzarella, provolone, and Romano cheeses while stirring. Reduce heat to low and continue stirring until cheese melts into a creamy sauce. Serve right away; the sauce will thicken as it cools.
