Make a quick and delicious free-form lasagna in just 20 minutes using cooked noodles, ricotta cheese, pasta sauce, and Italian cheese layers. Perfect for a speedy dinner!
Ingredients:
  • 8 uncooked lasagna noodles
  • 1 1/2 cups tomato pasta sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Italian cheese blend or mozzarella cheese (4 oz)
  • Fresh basil leaves, if desired
Instructions:
  • Prepare noodles according to package instructions. Drain well.
  • Heat the pasta sauce in a small saucepan on medium-low heat until bubbly. In a small microwavable bowl, microwave the ricotta cheese uncovered on High for 1 to 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
  • Cut each noodle in half. Place 1 half noodle on each of 4 serving plates. Top each with ricotta cheese, pasta sauce, and Italian cheese. Repeat with 3 more half noodles on each plate. Sprinkle with remaining Italian cheese and garnish with basil.
