Try this easy and yummy nut-free cookie recipe!
Ingredients:
  • 260g freenut butter
  • 215.00 gm caster sugar
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 40.00 ml gluten-free plain flour
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced and line 2 large baking trays with baking paper.
  • In a bowl, combine butter, sugar, egg, and flour. Roll the mixture into small balls using 2 level teaspoons. Place the balls on trays, flatten with a fork, and bake for 12 minutes until golden brown. Allow them to rest on the trays for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool. Store in an airtight container.
