Whisk fruity yogurt and spread on a bagel - a delicious breakfast to take with you!
Ingredients:
  • 1/3 cup diced banana
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh or canned (drained) peaches
  • 1/3 cup raspberries
  • 1/4 cup vanilla, lemon or Key lime low-fat yogurt
  • 2 bagels, split in half, or 4 slices banana bread, 1/2 inch thick
  • 1 tablespoon prepared cinnamon-sugar
Instructions:
  • Combine ripe banana, juicy peaches, tangy raspberries, and creamy yogurt. Toast bagels until golden. Sprinkle cinnamon-sugar generously on warm bagel halves. Serve each bagel half topped with 1/4 cup of the luscious fruit mixture.
