Tangy honey lime dressing enhances fresh fruit salad, a perfect side for any meal.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup orange segments
  • 1 cup halved fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup cantaloupe chunks
  • 1 cup watermelon chunks
  • 1 cup grapefruit chunks
  • 1 cup halved seedless grapes
  • 6 tablespoons salad oil
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 0.25 teaspoon vinegar, or to taste
  • 1 pinch ground ginger
Instructions:
  • Combine a vibrant assortment of pineapple, oranges, strawberries, cantaloupe, watermelon, grapefruit, and grapes in a bowl, allowing the flavors to meld together beautifully. Refrigerate until perfectly chilled, for a minimum of 30 minutes.
  • In a sealed bottle, shake together oil, lime juice, honey, vinegar, and ginger until well mixed. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Shake the dressing once more before pouring over fruit and tossing to coat.
