Infuse golden rum with fresh pineapple for a tropical flavor boost in your cocktails.
Ingredients:
  • 1 ripe pineapple - peeled, cored, and cut into chunks
  • 1 (750 milliliter) bottle gold Barbados rum (such as Mount Gay® or Trader Joe's® Rum of the Gods)
Instructions:
  • Combine the pineapple and rum in a spacious glass container, ensuring the pineapple is fully covered by the rum.
  • Ensure the container is kept in a cool, dark space. Remember to stir and taste daily until the rum reaches your preferred flavor, ideally for 2 weeks but at least 1 week.
  • Before serving, elegantly separate the pineapple from the rest of the dish.
