Tropical pineapple sherbet with a hint of rum for an irresistibly grown-up treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1 very ripe pineapple - peeled, cored, and cut into chunks
  • 2 tablespoons rum
  • 0.25 cup heavy cream
Instructions:
  • Blend pineapple chunks until perfectly smooth. Transfer the puree to a bowl, then delicately mix in brown sugar and rum. Gently fold in the cream. Pour the mixture into a metal dish and freeze for approximately 3 hours.
