- 2 tablespoons rum
- 0.25 cup heavy cream
Instructions:
- Blend pineapple chunks until perfectly smooth. Transfer the puree to a bowl, then delicately mix in brown sugar and rum. Gently fold in the cream. Pour the mixture into a metal dish and freeze for approximately 3 hours.
