Delicious herbed cheese bread, perfect for pairing with soup.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast
  • 0.75 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1.25 cups bread flour
  • 0.75 cup oat bran
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
  • 0.5 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 0.25 cup vital wheat gluten
  • 1.1875 cups warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
Instructions:
  • Add ingredients to the bread machine pan following the manufacturer's recommended order. Choose Oat/French or White Bread cycle and select Light for the crust. Begin the machine.
