Delicious shrimp and veggie wraps, perfect for party appetizers. Enjoy with a side of spicy dipping sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup finely shredded cabbage
  • 1 (6.5 ounce) can shrimp, rinsed and drained
  • 0.33000001311302 cup sweet and sour sauce
  • 0.33000001311302 cup minced celery
  • 0.25 cup shredded carrots
  • 20 rice wrappers (6.5 inch diameter)
Instructions:
  • Combine the cabbage, shrimp, sweet and sour sauce, celery, and carrots in a medium bowl.
  • 1. Fill a small bowl with hot water for dipping the rice wrappers. 2. Submerge the wrappers one at a time in the water to soften them. 3. Remove the wrappers and let them drain. 4. Fill each softened wrapper with 2 tablespoons of the cabbage mixture. 5. Roll up the wrappers and cover before chilling until ready to serve.
