Ingredients:
  • 1 pint (2 cups) fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 containers (6 oz each) strawberry low-fat yogurt
Instructions:
  • Rinse the strawberries in a strainer under cold water, gently pat them dry with paper towels. Set aside 4 strawberries for garnish. Remove the hulls from the rest by cutting them out with a paring knife.
  • Combine the strawberries, milk, and yogurt in a blender or food processor.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth, then pour the mixture into glasses and garnish each with a fresh strawberry.
