Wholesome strawberry breakfast smoothie made with Greek yogurt and fresh orange juice.
Ingredients:
  • 3 ounces frozen strawberries, or more to taste
  • 0.33333334326744 cup orange juice
  • 0.33333334326744 cup nonfat milk
  • 0.25 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1.5 tablespoons milled flax seed
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder
  • 1 ice cube
Instructions:
  • In a blender, combine strawberries, orange juice, milk, yogurt, flax seed, protein powder, and ice cubes. Blend until smooth, about 1 to 2 minutes.
