Wholesome mango strawberry smoothie with creamy yogurt, perfect for post-workout or a refreshing treat!
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 0.5 cup frozen strawberries, chopped
  • 0.25 cup apple juice
  • 0.5 cup ice cubes
  • 0.25 cup vanilla nonfat yogurt
Instructions:
  • In a blender, blend mango, strawberries, and apple juice until smooth. Add ice on top of the fruit, pour in yogurt, then blend on high speed. Serve in a glass.
