Try this quick and delicious Italian tomato and goat cheese pizza for a fresh meal! Ready in just 20 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 200g pkt Brand Medium Thin & Crispy Pizza Base
  • 90g pizza sauce
  • 100g pizza cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves, sliced
  • 2 truss tomatoes, each cut into 6 wedges
  • 350g punnet Fresh Medley Grape Tomatoes
  • 1 small red onion, cut into wedges
  • 82.50 ml fresh basil leaves
  • 20.00 ml red wine vinegar
  • 36.40 gm extra virgin olive oil
  • 100g goat's cheese, crumbled
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 220C and prepare 2 baking trays by lining them with baking paper.
  • Lay out the pizza bases on the lined trays. Spread pizza sauce over the bases, sprinkle with pizza cheese, and add garlic. Bake for 8 minutes, or until the cheese is lightly golden.
  • In a bowl, mix together the tomatoes, onion, fresh basil, vinegar, and 1 tablespoon of oil. Season to taste.
  • Spread the tomato mixture over the pizzas, sprinkle with goat’s cheese, and drizzle with the remaining oil.
