Upgrade your summer drink game with this Frozen Aperol Spritz slushie. Blending fresh orange juice, Aperol, and prosecco, garnished with vibrant blood orange slices. Perfect for a chic aperitivo hour with friends and family. Freeze for 8 hours before serving.
Ingredients:
  • 500ml (2 cups) fresh orange juice
  • 185ml (3/4 cup) Aperol
  • 185ml (3/4 cup) prosecco
  • 230g (2 cups) ice cubes
  • Orange or blood oranges slices, to decorate
Instructions:
  • Pour the freshly squeezed orange juice into ice-cube trays and let it freeze in the freezer for 8 hours or overnight for optimal results.
  • In a blender, combine Aperol, prosecco, ice cubes, and orange juice ice cubes. Blend until smooth. Pour into serving glasses and garnish each with a folded orange slice before serving.
